Mexico: Day 32

Hey. So, update time. As you can see I haven't been on lately. So, the reason for that is that I got Ecolli. One night I just woke up and started throwing up and I would keep doing that every 5 minutes. I had to be taken to three emergency hospitals to be treated and then it was finally taken care of. I had to be plugged to an IV and I got two shots in the butt. That hurt. The IV helped and I feel better now. I just can't eat normally yet because my stomach isn't fully recovered. So, I will talk to you guys, probably, tomorrow. Bye!

Mexico: Day 28

So, the scoop of what has basically been happening around her is that everyone is getting this sickness that involves throwing up...if I see or hear or smell throw up... I will throw up. So, I am trying to stay super healthy because I don't want to throw up and I go on a plane soon and I don't want to go on throwing up. My aunt and uncle think it might have something with dehydration, so I am drinking a ton of water! Even their dog is throwing up and sick. Poor thing. He threw up like 3 or 4 times in one day and we took him to the vet and he has to spend the night there. I just really don't want to get sick and especially not a puking sickness because every time that I have puked, I have been with one or both of my parents and if I am not, I get scared and...yeah. So, wish me luck on not getting sick and I will talk to you later! Oh, also, one of my cousins left to Mexicali, this place in Mexico, and it was sad seeing her go, but at least I got to hang out with her the majority of the time.

Mexico: Day 26

Okay! So, to some of my friends, I will be sending out postcards and that also includes family! I went to go see the Zookeeper movie today and it was better than I expected it to be. It was in spanish, which was fun! I understood everythingt, so that was a plus side. I started watching The Orphan yesterday night and it was good it was just really gross when the little girl Esther kills the nun lady with a hammer. It's nasty... but I still have to finish it tonight! Yay. Actually, I am excited to see how it turns out because my brother usually has good taste in movies and he highly recommended this one to me. Well that's all for the day! Bye!

Mexico: Day 24

¡Hola! I thought maybe that since I am in Mexico, I should greet you guys like this. Ya know, like in Hawaii when people greet you like "Aloha!" So...yeah. Today my plans are to go to the Malecon (I think that's how it is spelled) and my goal is to find souvenir gifts for important people in my life! Bye!

Mexico: Day 23

Today, I was woken up at 7......7. Yeah, so I was woken up to go on this road-trip that was supposed to be three hours. We ended up having car troubles and we didn't end up going, but we are going to go tomorrow! I don't really like road-trips, but I will give it a chance because it is to a place I have never been: Culiacan. So, since we didn't go, I ended up going to La Isla de la Piedra again! I love going there every time and that would make it the 3rd time I have been sunburnt while I have been here...ouch. All that matters, though, is that I had fun diving into the high waves and drinking then eating coconuts, which they call "Coco's" here. So, that's what I did today! Bye!

P.S. When you dive in to waves, you should be expecting to get salt water in your nose for a burning sensation.

Mexico: Day 22

Okay! So, it turns out that I din't end up seeing Hary Potter early because tickets got sold out, but that is fine because I still got to see THE MOST AMAZING MOVIE EVER on the day it came out! I saw it in spanish, but that was also fine because I understood it all because I have read the book and I understand spanish! It was so....amazing. There are really no words to explain how great it was! Umm...I am so excited! Only 14 days til I get to see my family and friends and Crackers and Cuddles! Oh! Also, my grandma! That should be fun! Anyways, I will show you guys a picture of the Harry Potter shirt I made. Bye!

Mexico: Day 20

WOOOHHOOOOO!!!! Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 a.k.a last film EVER of Harry Potter comes out today, well, technically tomorrow, but I am super excited! I get to see it at 8 here because there is this pre-premiere and it is four hours earlier than Oregon! I honestly can not wait! I think I am going to have to make a Harry Potter shirt on a blank white tee because I love Harry Potter and it is going to be SO sad that it is ending! I also might be tempted to draw a scar...no just joking that's for nerds! But, anyways all I plan on doing today is going to see Harry Potter, probably crying and sleeping! Bye! Oh and there are 16 days left!

Mexico: Day 19

Lately, around her in the house, it has been lazy days and watching T.V. I want to go out and explore. I have noticed that when I go out, time goes by faster...that is my goal for the time that I am here. To make time go by fast (by doing things outside of the house) and distracting myself with stuff to do. I have been having a lot of fun, don't get me wrong, but I just need to get out a little bit more. We are planning to go to Culiacan, I think that's how you spell it, and they told me we would be there for like three days. I can skype while I am there, so I will be fine. What sucks is that it is a 3 hour drive to Culiacan. One BIG thing you guys should know about me is that I hate long car drives. So, we plan on doing that and we are, also, going to go to this water park called "Mazagua." That's all I know for now! Bye!

Mexico: Day 17

This weekend, I went to a hotel Mazatlan. It was super nice and and the pool was HUGE. I love pools. During the time I was there I got suburnt, which would make it the second time I have gotten sunburnt while being her, so far. My schedule, while staying at the hotel, was swimming, eating, swimming, eating and more and more swimming. I also bought Ray Bans. Original, so black, and I love wearing them! Hmm...I have also bought Takis and Arizona greentea! Two of most beautiful things in the world. SO, that is basically it! Bye!

Mexico: Day 15

Okay! So, as you can see, I obviously missed a day and that sorta ruined my goal. So, my new goal: To try to write in it everyday, but if I miss a day or two I will write in it as much as possible! Okay, so now that that's been established, I would like to share my day yesterday and what I have in store for today. Yesterday I , basically, layed in bed watching T.V. Then, later on we went to the mall and the Mexican costco. WHile at the Mexican costco (Sam's), I bought two movies that were really cheap. I bought Sherlock Holmes and Final Destination...yeah...that was what we were going to watch when we got back to the house. I bought Final Destination because I was curious what it was going to be like. I knew it was going to be hecka scary! When we got home, I put in the movie and we started it...I was in the middle, obviously, and I was covering my ears during, basically, the whole movie! It was all gore and gross ways people die. But, it did have an interesting story line. It's just that it was really nasty and I may have had a nightmare about it. Which is rare because I haven't had a nightmare since before the movie Pulse! Today, we are going to go to a hotel. It was a suprise from my uncle and aunt. So, we plan on going there and then Ana Paola, Valeria and I are going to do our professional face masks with cucumber! So, that's my plan for today and I hope you have a great day too! Bye!

Mexico: Day 13

I didn't really do anything today. We just stayed in the house and wathced television. So, it was, basically, a lazy day. As I am typing I am watching CSI...in spanish. It actually isn't that bad. I understand it and it's entertaining. I have seen all Disney shows in spanish(probably) and I swer that when I return to Oregon, I will be watching tele novelas every day. Is tele novelas written as two words or one? Well ,anyways, I used to think that they were stupid, they had bad acting and they were to dramatic in the shows. Don't get me wrong, I still think they are all those things, but now they are sorta entertaining and I am getting entertained by them almost every day. At least I found a cute guy that I like on one of the shows. At least there are shows and movies on t.v that are in english, but with spanish subtitles. Anyways, this was like my 3rd or 4th lazy day. So, yeah. Wish me luck in Mexico!

Mexico: Day 12

Hello! So, as you can see I am on day 12 here in Mexico,so that is why I didn't do the other days. I just started this blog and I am doing it because my dad said "You should start a blog." So, I am! My Goal: to write in this blog every day about all of my adventures! I have been all over. Oh, by the way, I am in Mazatlan, Mexico. I have been to El Centro, La Isla de la Piedra, Malls, the beachwalk, the beaches, to the Marina and a few more places. When I went to La Isla de la Piedra, I met someone who spoke english! It was, legit, one of the most exciting things that has ever happened to me! We talked for a while and he was suprised that I spoke english because it was on the boat ferry thing to La Isla and it was only people who spoke spanish. Then he said, "If i had known that you spoke english I probably would've spoken to you the whole time!" I agreed obviously and I took a picture with him because he was a really funny person and he spoke english. Also, his name is Eli! The first week was basically a very hard time adjusting to this house, area, everything, but the second week was when I started to feel comfortable. Since the first day here, I have gotten along with my cousins and family, but ow I feel like I can communicate with them better than I could before. I think that after being here for over a month I will improve, a lot, on my spanish!
